Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery (adjust if needed)
  • The item shows no signs of damage, stains, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear, socks, or accessories (if applicable)
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)
  • Customized or altered products

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team within the return window.
  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and product images if required.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other reasons (size or preference), return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

  • COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per customer preference.
  • Bank details may be requested to complete the refund.

Kids’ Products

Kids’ apparel follows the same return and refund conditions unless stated otherwise. Items must be returned in original condition for hygiene and safety reasons.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue promptly.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
