  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount or during promotional periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select pin codes.
  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • All product prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned on the product page).
  • Any additional charges such as shipping or COD fees are shown clearly at checkout.

Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraud:

  • Orders may be verified before processing.
  • Siyeara reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.
  • In such cases, any amount paid will be fully refunded.
